Alternatively, you can fix a solar panel for each camera to ensure the sun constantly charges them. 

Your Camera Has Lost Connection to the HomeBase

Your camera may be unable to connect to the HomeBase for several reasons. You should check that the HomeBase is plugged into a power source and connected to the internet. The LED light will be red if plugged in but not connected to the internet but green if connected. Plug your HomeBase into a power source and connect to the internet using an ethernet cord into your home’s internet router.

Another reason your camera has lost connection is because your smartphone does not have an internet connection. You should connect your smartphone to the same Wi-Fi network as your HomeBase. In addition, ensure that you are using the updated version of the Eufy app.

Router Firewall Issues

You must disable the firewall in your router for your Eufy camera to access the internet. Open the settings of your router and manually disable the firewall. If the camera is still not connecting, restart your router.

Your Version of the Application Needs to Be Updated

  2. Check if the camera has turned off by quickly pressing and releasing the SYNC button. If the camera is off, turn on the camera in the settings. Alternatively, you can boot up the camera by pressing and holding the power button for two seconds.
