TV is a popular pastime millions of people indulge in every day. It’s all extremely relaxing until you realize you can’t hear your show. Frustrated, you will ask yourself, why does my Insignia TV have no sound?
Your Insignia TV may have no sound because of faulty speakers, an issue with the settings, or it may need to be reset.
To troubleshoot your sound issues, you may need to grab your owner’s manual that came with the TV; if you don’t have it, don’t fret; instead, read on for some tips and tricks to get the sound working on your Insignia TV again.
Faulty Speakers

Next, select ‘System Settings’ and then ‘Advanced System Settings.’ There should be a factory reset option listen within this window. Select this and then highlight and select ‘Reset TV/Audio Settings. Press the play button three times in a row to confirm the reset.
Full Factory Reset
When an audio and video reset doesn’t do the trick, go forward with a full factory reset. select ‘System Settings’ and then ‘Advanced System Settings.’ There should be a factory reset option listen within this window. Select this and then highlight and select ‘Factory Reset Everything’ and select ‘OK.’
Mute TVs are Silent TVs
