How to Stop Temu Emails and Manage Notification Settings

If you’re receiving a flood of emails and notifications from Tmoo, here’s how to manage your preferences to reduce the clutter:

Step 1: Open the Temu App

• Launch the Tmoo app on your device.
• Navigate past any ads on the main page.

Step 2: Access Your Account Settings

1. In the bottom navigation bar, tap the “You” icon to open your account page.
2. In the top ribbon, select the hexagon-shaped icon to open your settings.

Step 3: Manage Notifications

1. Scroll down and tap on Notifications.
2. From here, you’ll see multiple notification categories:
   • Promotions: Tap Edit, then toggle off all promotional notifications, including emails.
   • Order Updates: You can disable these if you don’t need order tracking updates.
   • Messages: Turn these off to stop in-app messages.
   • Avatar and Username Sharing: Disable this option to prevent sharing your profile when adding items to your cart.

Step 4: Confirm Changes

• Double-check each category to ensure your preferences are saved.
