Setting up dual or multiple monitors on your Mac is a straightforward process. Here’s how to do it:
Check Your Mac’s Hardware
- Ensure your Mac has the correct outputs, typically USB-C or Thunderbolt ports.
- Verify that your adapter supports two HDMI outputs to connect both monitors.
Connect Your Monitors
- Plug the adapter into your Mac.
- Connect the HDMI cables from the adapter to your monitors.
- Make sure the monitors are powered on and properly connected.
Configure the Display Settings
- Open System Settings on your Mac.
- Scroll down and select Displays.
- You’ll see your built-in display and the external monitors listed.
Arrange Your Displays
- Click the Arrange button to organize the monitor layout.
