Steps to Remove a Background
- Open Canva and Create a Design:
- Start a new project or open an existing one.
- Set your canvas size (e.g., 500 x 500 pixels).
- Upload Your Image:
- Drag and drop your image onto the canvas and resize it as needed.
- Use the Background Remover Tool:
- Select the image, then click BG Remover in the top toolbar.
- Canva will automatically remove the background.
- Edit the Background Removal (Optional):
- If the remover tool missed anything:
- Click Edit Image, then go to Background Remover Settings in the sidebar.
- Use the Erase or Restore brushes to fine-tune the image.
- Adjust the brush size to work on small or large areas.

Exporting Your Transparent Image
- Download Your Edited Image:
- Click Share in the upper-right corner and select Download.
- Choose PNG as the file type.
- Check the Transparent Background box.
- Save and Verify:
