How to Uninstall Apps and Free Up Space on Google TV

Your Google TV is running slowly because it is low on storage. You can fix this by removing the apps you no longer use.

1. Go to the Settings menu and select Apps to view your installed software [0:35].
2. Select See all apps to open the full list of installed programs [0:56].
3. Choose the app you want to delete and select the Uninstall option to remove it and its data [1:26].
4. If you decide you need an app later, go to the homepage, select Apps, and search for it to reinstall it from the store.

Ninja Tip: If you are not ready to delete an app but need to free up some space, select the app from the list and choose Clear cache to remove temporary files without deleting your personal settings or login data.

For a full device wipe, navigate to Settings > System > About > Reset > Factory reset.
