Your Google TV is reading every menu item out loud and narrating your actions. You can disable this voice guidance setting using your remote.

  1. Use your remote to navigate over to the Settings menu [0:24].
  2. Select the Accessibility option from the menu [0:31].
  3. Scroll down and select TalkBack [0:42].
  4. Toggle the setting to Off to stop the voice narration.

Ninja Tip: If you cannot navigate the menus because the narration makes it difficult, hold down the Back and Down buttons on your remote simultaneously for a few seconds to trigger a shortcut that toggles accessibility features on or off.

If these steps do not resolve the issue, perform a factory reset by navigating to Settings > System > About > Reset > Factory reset.
