Your Sonos speakers are playing music out of sync or creating an echo in your home. You can resolve this sound issue by adjusting your speaker settings in the Sonos app.
- Open the Sonos app on your phone to access your speaker system settings [1:03].
- Navigate to the area of the app that manages your speaker group or audio settings to identify any synchronization offsets [1:13].
- Adjust the latency or sync settings within the app until the sound between your speakers matches perfectly.
Ninja Tip: If your speakers still sound out of sync, ensure all devices are on the same Wi-Fi network and check for any available firmware updates in the Sonos app settings.
If the issue persists, perform a factory reset by disconnecting the power cord, holding the Join button while reconnecting the power, and waiting for the light to flash orange.
