Apps are tracking your activity across your phone. You can disable these permissions to regain your privacy.

- Open Location Services in your privacy settings to review which apps have access to your location and set their permissions to “Never” or “While Using the App” instead of “Always.” [1:21]
- Navigate to Apple Advertising within Privacy & Security and toggle off Personalized Ads to prevent Apple from building a profile based on your behavior. [2:28]
- Open your Apple ID settings and select Find My to review or disable location sharing for your devices. [3:06]
- Review the Bluetooth list under Privacy & Security and turn off access for any apps that do not need to connect to local devices.
