Your Roku device is frozen and unresponsive to your remote commands. You can resolve this issue by performing a forced restart.

  1. Press the Home button on your remote five times [0:18].
  2. Press the Up button once [0:23].
  3. Press the Rewind button twice, then press the Fast Forward button twice [0:27].
