Your Roku device is showing a “No Signal” message on your TV screen. You can resolve this connection issue by following a few simple troubleshooting steps.
- Check your TV’s input source to ensure it matches the HDMI port where your Roku is plugged in [0:23]. If you do not have your remote, use the physical buttons on the side or back of your TV to cycle through the inputs.
- Verify that your HDMI cable is securely connected at both ends and inspect it for any visible kinks or damage that might indicate broken internal wiring. Replacing a damaged cable often restores the signal immediately.
- Perform a power cycle by unplugging the power cable from your Roku device for a full minute, then plugging it back in [1:52]. While it is unplugged, switch your TV to a different input and then back to the correct HDMI channel to help the TV recognize the device.
Ninja Tip: If the issue persists, try plugging your Roku into a different HDMI port on your TV to rule out a faulty port on the television itself.
