Your Roku is currently frozen on the loading screen. You can force your device to restart and get it working again with a few quick steps.

  1. Press your remote’s Home button five times, then press the Up, Rewind (twice), and Fast Forward (twice) buttons in that order to force a restart. [0:15]
  2. If you cannot use your remote, unplug the power cable from your Roku device and wait for a full 60 seconds before plugging it back in.
