You do not know how much battery life remains on your Ray-Ban Meta smart glasses or their charging case. You can check the charge level for both the glasses and the case by following these simple steps.
- Open the Meta View app on your phone to see the exact battery percentage of your glasses displayed at the very top of the screen. [0:09]
- Check the battery level of your charging case by opening it and looking at the status light; a solid green light indicates a full charge. [0:26]
- Note that an orange light inside the case means it is partially charged, while a flashing orange light signals that the battery is very low. [0:33]
- Press the button on the back of the charging case to see the same color-coded battery status without opening the lid. [0:47]
- Place your glasses inside the charging case and open the Meta View app to view the charging progress of your glasses alongside the overall battery level of the case. [1:09]
Ninja Tip: To preserve your battery health, try to avoid keeping your glasses in the case once they hit 100% charge, as keeping them perpetually plugged in or fully topped off can degrade the battery chemistry over time.
If you encounter persistent charging issues, you can perform a factory reset by navigating to Settings > Your Glasses > Factory Reset.
