If you want to cancel a subscription on your Roku, you can do it in two ways—through the Roku website or directly from your TV. Here’s how:

Cancel a Subscription from the Roku Website

  1. Go to Roku.com and sign in to your account.
  2. Click the menu button and select My Account.
  3. Scroll down and select Manage Subscriptions under My Subscriptions.
  4. Find the subscription you want to cancel and click Turn Off Auto-Renew.
  5. Confirm the cancellation by selecting Confirm Changes.
  6. Skip any offers Roku presents and return to Manage Subscriptions to verify that auto-renew is off.

Cancel a Subscription from Your Roku TV

  1. Open the Roku Home Screen and find the channel you want to cancel.
  2. Highlight the app and press the Star (*) button on your remote.
  3. Select Manage Subscription from the menu.
  4. Choose Turn Off Auto-Renew and confirm your choice.
  5. Your subscription will remain active until the current billing period ends, but it will no longer renew automatically.
