How to Add Apps to Nebula
Before adding any app to your Nebula, you must ensure that you have a stable, secure, and strong internet connection.

Here is how you can add apps to your Nebula;
Step 1: Update the firmware on your Nebula to the latest version.
You can do this by clicking on Settings > Device Preferences and selecting About > System Update.
Step 2: Install the Nebula Manager on your Nebula from Google Play Store.
Step 3: Click on your installed Nebula Manager to launch it.
Step 4: Search for the app you want to add to your Nebula.

However, it is vital to note that the current app versions provided in the Nebula Manager are mobile versions. Therefore, they can only be controlled by using the mouse mode. Therefore you will need to install the Nebula Connect app on your Apple or Android smartphone.
Using the Nebula Connect App
You can use your Apple or Android smartphone as a remote to select and browse content on your Nebula with the Nebula Connect app.
For instance, you can scroll through the apps on your Nebula in Mouse Mode by simply sliding your two figures against the smartphone’s screen. You can then tap or click to select.
However, before using the Nebula Connect app, you must pair it to your Nebula. Here is how you can pair them;
Step 1: Download the Nebula Connect app from Google Play Store or Apple App Store.
Step 2: Turn on Bluetooth on your smartphone.
Step 3: Launch the Nebula Connect app. You need to check which Nebula model you own and select the correct model while pairing.
Step 4: Follow the on-screen instructions to complete the process.
You can now control your Nebula with your smartphone. However, you must note that Android smartphones can only connect to Nebula via WiFi. Therefore, ensure that your phone and Nebula are connected to the same network.
How to Solve App Issues on Nebula
Nothing is more annoying than an app crashing in the middle of an entertaining show on Nebula. Fortunately, this is something that you can fix with ease. Here are some of the fixes that you should try;
Fix 1: Check the internet connection. Check your internet signal strength via Speedtest. You can also restart your WiFi router and move it closer to your Nebula for the best results. If the issue persists, try connecting using a mobile hotspot.
Fix 2: Update your Nebula projector to the latest firmware version. Go to Settings > Device Preferences. And under About, select System Update. You can then give your Nebula adequate time to update. You should not power off or unplug your Nebula during this process.
Fix 3: Reinstall the app. Uninstall the app by going to Settings > Apps > Installed apps and uninstall your malfunctioning app. Re-download the app from Nebula Manager and reinstall it. The internet should be strong and stable during this time.
Fix 4: Ensure the time and date on your Nebula are up to date. Go to Settings and select Device Preferences > Date and Time.
Fix 5: Reset your Nebula. Go to Settings and click Device Preferences > Reset.
