The Cam v3 is available for a low price at Amazon, and it boasts a compact size at just 3 x 2 x 3 inches. It has fantastic photo and video resolution, 4 IR LED lights for night vision, and weather resistance down to -4oF! It can be placed anywhere due to its small size, and it is compatible with Amazon Alexa and Google Assistant.

The v3 also has the option of a spotlight attachment that you can purchase for an additional $10.  It only has a 120-degree focal view and has fewer LED lights for night viewing. This camera is great for small areas like an infant’s bedroom. Considering everything, it is still a great camera for the price!

Wyze Cam v3 and Wyze Cam Pan Similarities

Both cameras can support a micro SD card up to 32GB (formatted to FAT32). They both also support two-way audio and push notifications.

Neither model supports 5G, and the storage is limited to 32G, but for the price and what the company offers, it is definitely a great deal.

Like with any other Wyze camera, both of these have rolling storage, which means that you will have unlimited storage for 14 days, but on day 15, the footage will be written over. Unlike most other camera companies, Wyze does not require a subscription to record and save your footage using a 32GB micro SD card.

Should You Buy the Wyze Cam v3 or Wyze Pan?

Both cameras have great pros and are extremely budget-friendly, but according to Android Central, the Wyze Pan is the top choice. With the ability to pan 360o and the fact that it can tilt, it has the winning votes.
