This has led a lot of potential Fire HD 8 buyers to ask, “Is Fire HD 8 worth it?”

YES. Without a doubt, the Amazon Fire HD 8 is worth every dollar you invest into buying it. Apart from the fact that you can get many things done with it even though its price is half that of the iPad, it has many remarkable features.

We all agree that the iPad is of a higher quality than the Fire HD 8, but the Fire HD 8 holds its own very well. Keep reading as we describe some of the features of the Amazon Fire HD 8 tablet and why you should consider owning one today.

What is the Amazon Fire HD 8?

Amazon Fire tablets are a group of tablets created by Amazon. They were initially known as Kindle Fire tablets. They act as a mobile device for Amazon activities, like reading e-books on Kindle, watching movies on Amazon Prime, listening to audiobooks on Audible, or using Amazon Alexa.

The Fire HD 8 is a tablet in the line of Amazon Fire tablets. The first Fire HD 8 was released in September 2016. It is called Fire HD 8 because it has 8 inches in screen length

Amazon did not create Fire tablets to make money by selling the hardware but as a means of marketing other Amazon products. That is why they are very affordable and usually come with ads. Still, Amazon Fire HD 8 has performed well for a tablet less than half the price of the least expensive iPad.
