Alexa is a convenient tool that many people have in their homes. Not everyone likes her voice, so they want to change it. But can you change Alexa’s voice to Jarvis?

You cannot change Alexa’s voice to Jarvis. You can, however, enable an Alexa skill to provide a few Jarvis quotes, which Alexa says. You get R2D2 if you ask Alexa to introduce you to Jarvis.

Since you cannot change Alexa’s voice to Jarvis, what happens when you ask her to introduce you to Jarvis? What is the Jarvis quotes skill like? We’ll answer these questions for you!

Alexa, Introduce me to Jarvis

Unfortunately, you cannot change Alexa’s voice to Jarvis. There is no voice pack available that allows this.

One common way to enable a voice pack on Alexa is to say, “Alexa, introduce me to [person].”

This method works for several celebrity voices; however, Jarvis is not one of them.

If you ask Alexa to introduce you to Jarvis, you will be spoken to by R2D2. R2D2 is currently available as an Alexa voice pack to change Alexa’s voice to.

So why are so many sites saying you can change Alexa’s voice to Jarvis? Because even the “Jarvis Quotes” Alexa skill doesn’t do that.

Jarvis Quotes Alexa Skill

What many people are thought to believe when thinking they can change Alexa’s voice to Jarvis is the “Jarvis Quotes” Alexa-enabled skill.

The “Jarvis Quotes” Alexa skill can be enabled to hear nine quotes that Jarvis says. This does not change Alexa’s voice to Jarvis. This just provides quotes from Jarvis in Alexa’s voice.

This is very unfortunate not to hear Jarvis or Paul Bettany coming from your Echo device.

Other Jarvis Alexa Skills

A couple of other Jarvis Alexa skills seem misleading, leading users to think they can change Alexa’s voice to Jarvis.

When you search “Jarvis” in “Alexa Skills & Games,” you get tons of options, but the top ones besides “Jarvis Quotes” are:

  • Jarvis Facts gives you facts about Jarvis from the MCU in Alexa’s voice with spelling errors.
  • Jarvis Flash News gives you news from India in Alexa’s voice with a Jarvis icon displaying Jarvis’ icon if you have an Echo Show.

Neither “Jarvis Facts” nor “Jarvis Flash News” provide interaction with Jarvis for users.

What Voices Does Alexa Have?

Alexa has a growing amount of voice packs available for free or to purchase. These voice packs will change Alexa’s voice with many commands

If you want a voice pack from the Marvel Cinematic Universe, you have Baby Groot, which will respond in his famous “I am Groot” response.

The Deadpool voice pack is similar to the “Jarvis Quotes” and will give quotes from the Deadpool movie in Alexa’s voice, not Ryan Reynolds’.

Alexa Celebrity Voices

You can change Alexa’s voice to Samuel L. Jackson’s on your Amazon Echo, but it won’t be like Nick Fury’s.

Samuel L. Jackson’s voice is only available until April 2023 and is no longer available for purchase.

Amazon is constantly updating its voice pack options, so continue to check back. They have removed many celebrity voices once previously available.

Accents with Alexa

You can change Alexa’s accent if you don’t want to purchase a voice pack.

Even though it’s not Jarvis or Paul Bettany, Amazon Alexa offers users to change Alexa’s accent to a British male’s.

The option available for a British male’s voice on Alexa is “British 2.” The “British 1” option is a female voice.

Using a British male’s voice, while not Jarvis or Paul Bettany, can give you the feeling of having Jarvis in your home.

You can even create custom Alexa responses to make it seem more like Jarvis.
