Can I Use the App Without an Echelon Bike?
You can use the app in the Freestyle area (go to more sections of the app). The bike will give you your stats without a subscription via the Freestyle rides. You can ride the Freestyle rides and see the stats during and after the ride, but they will not be saved in the Progress Area. If you join the FitPass program, it will save to the Progress Area, providing you with a history of your rides/workouts.
What is the Echelon Connect Bike?
The Echelon bike is very similar to the Peloton but less well-known. It’s a stationary bike with a screen where you can participate in live and on-demand virtual classes with Echelon instructors. Can You Share Echelon Membership?
Yes, up to 5 riders in a household can share a single subscription.
There are two ways to add family members. When you open the app, you will be asked Who’s Riding Today. Click Add Family Member and fill in the requested information.
The second solution is to tap your name in the upper right corner if you are in the app. Click profile, then click the small person icon in the upper right and follow the steps. Then close and reopen the app to use the new profile.

This is an excellent feature and makes it so much more enjoyable to take the FitPass classes.
Can I Use the Same Account on Different Devices?
Yes, just use your same login and password on any device.
If you are trying to change to a different rider:
- Click the home button twice
- Close the screen
- When you reopen the app, you will get Who’s Riding Today and can select the appropriate rider
